Thank you for shopping at Dundas Reptiles We strive to provide high-quality snakes and exceptional customer service. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a return or refund is necessary. Please review our return and refund policy below:

  1. Live Animal Sales: a. Health Guarantee: We guarantee the health and well-being of all snakes at the time of purchase. We carefully select and package our snakes to ensure they arrive in good health. b. Inspection upon Delivery: Upon receiving your snake, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any issues with the health or condition of the snake, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery. c. DOA Policy: In the unfortunate event of a snake being Dead on Arrival (DOA), we require clear and unedited photos or videos within 2 hours of delivery. Once confirmed, we will provide a full refund or offer a replacement snake, including shipping costs. d. Health Issues: If your snake develops a health issue within 14 days of delivery, please notify us immediately. We may request veterinary documentation to support the claim. Depending on the situation, we will provide a refund, replacement, or necessary assistance to address the health concern.

  2. Non-Live Animal Sales (e.g., Supplies, Enclosures, etc.): a. Returns: If you are not satisfied with your non-live animal purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt. The item(s) must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Please contact us for return instructions. b. Refunds: Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price minus any shipping costs. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  3. Return Shipping: a. Live Animals: In the case of a return or replacement for live animals, we may require you to ship the snake back to us. We will provide detailed instructions and may cover return shipping costs if deemed necessary. b. Non-Live Animals: Return shipping costs for non-live animal items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  4. Exclusions: a. Custom Orders: Custom orders, such as specific morphs or genetic combinations, are non-refundable unless there is a health issue or an error on our part. b. Sale or Clearance Items: Sale or clearance items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
